Activities
SEE Mentorship Program

2013 - present

I volunteer teaching a 4th grade class in downtown Chicago about engineering basics.  The program is preparing the 4th graders to design plastic parts that are then built by students in ME 340-2 (a junior level mechanical engineering class at Northwestern), the lessons revolve around teaching the steps that go into making plastics, such as metal cutting, molds, and what plastics are.  The volunteering involves helping students through the activities in the classrooms and leading a classroom in going through weekly lessons.

Club Ultimate Frisbee

2011 - present

I have been on the Club Ultimate team since my freshman year.  My team, GungHo, went to College Nationals my sophomore year.  As a junior I became club president and took care of the travel details and university relations.  As a fifth year senior, I am captaining the team.
