Apple Injection Molded Toy | March 2014

In a group of 3, we were given a design concept created by 4th grade students of a plastic injection molded toy that they wanted created. We then went through the entire process of designing, modeling, CAS-ing molds, machining the molds on a CNC, and injection molding our product.

In a group of 4, we had 24 hours to learn all we could about Epi Pen use and how they are thought of by both users and non users.

Brad's Battery Box | March 2012

In a group of 4, we were given the task of making a battery meter for a client with cerebral palsy so that he would know the battery status of his communication device.

Winnetka Parking Lot | June 2012

In a group of 4, we were asked to create a design for a parking lot in Winnetka, IL that included green mitigation flood technology to help combat a flooding issue in the area. We then presented our design along with costs to the town council.
